Text based Content Mgnt Site is a Content Management script (online community websites solution).
123Website is a very small Conetnt Management PHP Site that's built with text files.
If you have time to write 3 or 4 text files, you got a website up and rnning and can be updated by updating any of those text files. Custom logo allowed as well as HTML tags. No database what so ever. I just added new Admin Backend to it and at this moment you can edit/upload the content from browser. An integrated PHPFormail that i wrote also let users send you emails from your site.
The smallest CMS out three maybe.
Light and clean design, and if you can change the SKIN.html file and cahnge the layout if you choose to.
